-When will the product arrive?
We will ship your order within 3-5 business days, excluding made-to-order items. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
・If you want to check if your order has been placed, you can check it from the order history on the LOG IN screen if you placed your order while logged in. If it is not displayed in the order history, your order has not been completed. If you placed your order without logging in, you can check it in the body of the email sent after placing your order with the subject: "Confirmation of order details, order number: #◯◯◯◯". If you have not received the email, please contact us using the inquiry form and we will look into it for you.
・I haven't received an email
ENOF will send order information and newsletters to the email address "info@enof.co.jp".

- I would like to return or exchange a defective or different product from the one I ordered. If the product you received is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your order number and reason for return. We will contact you shortly. If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, we will refund your money.
Please note that the conditions for accepting returns and exchanges (if replacements are available) are as follows:
・Unused, unwashed, or only tried on indoors ・Hang tag attached
・If you would like to return or exchange an item because it is different from what you expected or the size does not fit, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. Thank you for your understanding.
・What payment methods can I use?

Can I pay in installments using a credit card?
